The Art of Meditation
In the Art of Meditation virtual classes, you will learn about the many benefits of meditation and will be introduced to various meditation and visualization techniques, including Mantra meditation, Single Object Meditation, Breath awareness meditation, Metta Meditation, and Mindfulness of the present moment.
These three classes will be a blend of multimedia-based lecture, guided meditation and relaxation video clips, and various meditation and visualization practices.
The content of this class is based on my book The Divine Art of Meditation: meditation and visualization techniques for a healthy mind, body and soul, which is the result of almost a decade of research on the subject of meditation.

A Journey to Joy
A Journey to Joy will provide participants with some of the best knowledge currently available on topics such as spirituality, love, faith, service, prayer, meditation, marriage and family life, positive thinking, mirth, and gratitude—all of which make unique and highly important contributions to a happier state of mind and a more peaceful life. This course is based on the book The Secrets of True Happiness, which I co-authored with my husband, Bijan Masumian and our son, Adib Masumian.
About this book, Dr. Stephen Post, best-selling author of Why Good Things Happen to Good People, says, “I can easily state that this is the finest book on happiness I have ever read in terms of content, style, and its potential to transform lives.”
Each class blends multimedia-based lectures with video clips.
